In a mid-difficulty trekking through the great Aconcagua Provincial Park, we will lead the group to an unforgettable experience which includes lodging and food in dome tents in a distant yet modern and comfortable campsite.

Surviving crisis periods

This training has been conceived to stimulate creativity and innovation in teamwork. The highly demanding environment and the situation of every participant (survival) make this scenery perfect to create new strategies, improve interpersonal communication, and develop new ways to solve old problems.

The teams will have to
Make an in-depth analysis of the situation and identify risk factors
Create an action plan to “get out” the survival situation
Identify the adequate tools for each challenge
Use and evaluate their leadership and communication skills
